Volunteering with Loxcare
These include:
- sorting and preparing donated items for sale (in both Arthur’s Bazaar and Len’s/Ken’s Shed)
- office administration duties including interviewing clients and assessing their assistance needs, cash handling & banking, record keeping, answering phone, greeting clients & visitors, shopping for our pantry and preparing food hampers etc
- monitoring the Services Australia Access Point during opening hours and assisting when necessary
Management Committee members meet monthly and we are always looking for new volunteer members.
