EMERGENCY RELIEF PROGRAMME
If you’re going through a tough spot financially, please know you don’t have to carry it alone. We’re here to help keep you and your household supported with essential everyday items, including food packs, bedding, cookware, and kitchen utensils.
Our pantry offers complete meal packs – featuring ingredients for hearty dishes using sausages or mince – designed to feed a family of up to four.
How to Apply for Emergency Relief
To help us tailor our support to your needs, please bring along a copy of your current Centrelink statement or proof of recent income (such as a recent payslip) when you apply.

Loxcare provides Centrelink reporting facilities, a computer, phone, fax (with direct connection to Centrelink) and friendly trained volunteers to assist you with your dilemmas!
TAX HELP
Did you earn around $70,000 or less? Haven’t sold shares?
Don’t own your own business or investment property?
Tax Help is available from September to 31st October for the previous financial year, with a qualified Volunteer to assist you to complete your tax return.
This service is FREE to eligible clients.
Bookings are essential.

MEET, GREET & EAT
Are you looking to meet some friendly people in a relaxed environment? Drop in and join in on our Meet, Greet & Eat session where you will be welcomed by our friendly Volunteers. It’s a great place to meet some people and have a cup of coffee or tea and a bite to eat. Everyone is welcome, no cost and no bookings required. Carers welcome.
These sessions are held in the Loxcare Community Hub – 15 Drabsch Street, Loxton every Friday, 10:00am – 11:30am (except public holidays and Christmas).
